Food Production class

This Wednesday which is 15th Sept and today, 
we had our food production class in KITCHEN whole day
From 9am - 6pm!!!! xD

On Wednesday, we learned brown stock and white stock
we did learned how to make soft roll, hard roll and french loaf !!
Last part, we learned american breakfast and egg cookery!
4 types of way to cook with an EGG!
Poached egg
Sunny side-up
Scramble egg
Omellete
YUMMYY~~

And for TODAY, we laerned soup and vegetables preparation! 
It's fun too...
We get to taste loads of different soups!!!
And we leaned the sauced also!
By using white roux,blonde roux,brown roux and dark brown roux!!!

Yeah I learned loads of herbs name too!
~ Rosemary
~ Oregano
~ Paprika
~ Bay leaf
~ Thymes
~ Cinnamom
~ White peppercorn
~ Black pappercorn
~ Black pepper powder
Still got loads more! 
BUT unfortunately, I sudah lupa! 
Will go learn it again next wednesday!
Have to learn cause exams are coming out~~
So forced to! LOLx

Enjoyed alot but tired! 
Still worth it! =DD
