Hmm this week and also next week is my role play of front office and also presentation..
Yesterday ( 17/6) , did the role play of reservation room already..
Today morning present about intro to hotel and afternoon role play of checking in the guests.
I met with an AMERICAN guest!!! ahhhhh lolx... Its funny!
Next thurdays and friday is for handling complaints and check out..

Father's Day are coming in 2 days time...
Which means my 18th birthday are coming too!
Because this year, my birthday is on father's day!
Should I be happy or sad? lolx!
Just hope I will got a happy 18th birthday larh..hehe xD
